Gado was a third string RB in college and now is the starter for Green Bay. This guy has talent and i think we will see him in the HOF.

green is the starter and they have already said that it will be a 70/30 split, that is about the same that najeh and tony got while green was the starter in the past. Gado has the ability to be a good role player.

It depends IMO on how Gado comes into camp, if he worked his tail off and comes in in great shape he could get a lot of carries. Especially with how hurt Green can be he could get a shot at starting and maybe as early as pre-season, it could happen. He can catch the ball and run with some power, but I'm not tossing him in the HOF.

This is a Kampman thread though fellas...

What is the point of even trying to keep threads on topic anymore. Green, like Favre, will return for one year and then hang it up. In so doing, they will train up the next generation of Packers. Favre will train Boller-oops I meant Rodgers-my bad... and Green will train Gado. the difference is that Gado, who coaches have already lauded for being a fast learner, will actually learn something. Figure it like this. Gado was a practice squader after being a 3rd stringer at Liberty. Then he comes in without running through a training camp and breaks every GB rookie rushing record set since 1919, in only 5 games, and shows he can catch passes better than Green ever could. Now add to that a training camp, a new zone-block running scheme, and some mentoring from Green and our new OC straight out of Atlanta. What better start can a young player expect. Gado will either suffer a career-ending injury or be in the HOF. There's no other way.

I'm just trying to not piss off the masses, it's fine with me and actually less troubling then having a thread for every little thing. Of course Kampman is a Packer and that will lead to other discussions it's cool with me but I just don't want other to get upset, but as long as it doesn't get to far off topic I'm fine with it.
