Default Replacing James?

Whos it gonna be??? I personally think that they should try to set up a trade for a guy named TJ Duckett. I think he would be a good fit in Indy. I would also like to see Pitman get a shot in Indy. I think that any HB would accel with that OL.

It is going to be interesting, but from what you read people seem to think White could fall there, he would be a nice fit, IMO they need a power guy with that O.

i think that addai or maroney would be a better fit, for the pass catching is one thing that indy really uses with thier backs.

Maroneys not much of a pass catcher, i dont know much about addai but he marooney and williams will most likley be the choices in the first round. Marice Jones-drew will be around latter in the day hes small but hes the second fastest back in the draft.

part of why maroney doesn't have the pass catching skills of some of the other backs is cuz the gophers never really used him as a receiver all that much. give him time to work on it, and he could be the kind of back edgerrin james has always been

Maroney is pretty bad at catching and Addai has that and the speed over him....the speed really matters in the draft and could push Addai over Moroney on some boards..

from what I have seen and read about maroney is that he is pretty fluid at catching passes, if you think about edge averaged just under four catches a game and maroney can handle that very well. the thing about maroney is that he can go up the middle or bounce it outside, he always falls forward and pushes the pile. He also has a burst when he hits the hole. I also know that Polian has been watching him and really likes him, so don't be surprised if he takes him unless New England takes him first.

I don't know about that, I know he had a very poor catching combine and Moroney is not a power guy at all being compared to a poor mans Reggie Bush, I guess it depends on where you read. He has also been given the benefit of running behind a very good Minny O-line....guess we'll see.

Maroneys catching is his only real problem, hes fast and can break a tackle or two and dosent fumble often.
