If he can get to be as effective as he was a couple seasons ago, i say he's well worth the money for the colts. Unless you're the Ravens (sorry i just had to) you will have to pass against the colts, early and often, so having such a huge pass rushing threat, even if he is 1 dimensional is worth it.
