NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports Colts head coach Tony Dungy will consider retirement during the offseason. Dungy, 51, never intended to coach well into his 50s and is reportedly "anxious" to join the ministry. If Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren also steps down and the Raiders can Lane Kiffin, we could have up to three more coaching vacancies aside from Washington, Baltimore, Atlanta, and Miami.

That would be a huge hit if Dungy did retire, he would be very hard to replace and even harder to try and duplicate what he has done there. But he has to do what is best for himself and his family.
