The only people with more rec are Rice, Carter, Brown, Reed, & Harrison. This year Rod smith, Isaac Bruce, Keenan McCardell could pass him, but he would still be in the top ten.
As far as recieving yards, he is only passed by Rice, Brown, Lofton, Carter, Ellard, Reed, Largent, Fryer, Monk and Harrison. Bruce only needs 9 yards to pass him. Smith, Owens and moss will need at least 2 seasons to pass him.
Owens and moss are on thier way but in no way are shoe ins at this point
Owens is 20th in yards and 22nd in receptions. Moss is 24th in yards and 33 in receptions. If both of those guys would happen to have thier career's cut short, they wouldn't make it.

Yeh but Moss is only 30 years old and he is on pace to pass Smith in probably all those categories. And if Owens would play a whole year who knows what is numbers would be. And since he has gone to Dallas I think this is best chance to get his career on track. And yes Rod Smith will probably pass him along with Isaac Bruce. I think Torry Holt and Hines Ward could finish right next to him as well.

so junit, does that mean that you change your mind on jimmy and now think that he belongs in the hall. I wasn't sure if I convinced you. You said those other guys will and then they will be right up there with smith, so clarify, thank you.
