maybe at some point.. but for right now i just think he will stay being a solid QB.. once his young recievers devolop he could definitly be a top 5 QB... his mobility is a question also .. once he gets that down pat and his young recievers devolop, he will, in my opinion, be one of the best QBs in the NFL...

i don't know if he will be on of the best, but he will certainly be very good. He is still pretty young and needs time to develop.

Definitely, you could tell by the way he played in that game he wanted it. He scrambled even though he doesn't and was injured, he even chased down sum1 who intercepted him even tho he knew he had no chance.

I really like leftwich, I said that he was going to break out last year. but alas he got hurt and now jimmy smith is gone. He has the tools and the arm strength, but can he remain healthy enough to develop into the top 5, that remains to be seen.

He has potential but he needs to work on some things. Such as scrambling, and not throwing 200 MPH bullet passes everytime he throws the ball. Our WR's are not developing as fast as they should because it's hard to catch balls like that. Our only WR who could was Smith and he's gone. He just needs to fix those 2 things and I think he can be really good.

welcome to the forums carbo, and I agree. Also the jags have some talent out wide, but that talent seems to play very inconsistently. Reggie williams is close to be labeled a bust, but deserves at least one more season to be evaluated. Leftwich needs to be concerned about not getting hurt the most.

That is true, but even if he does get hurt I like our backup, Garrad just as much. Maybe even more.

i am not a fan of garrard, he has the ability, but never puts it together, He can run like a crazy man. but he not a starter in this league.
