Default Should the Jags have drafted Brady Quinn

There was a spilt in the team some lead by coach Del Rio wanted to draft Quinn while the GM wanted the Nelson. Guess who won.

IMO they have QB's, they just need to sort out who their QB is going to be. Leftwich is an extremly talented QB, who IMO could be a top 5 QB if it all comes together. Garrand, while not possesing Leftwichs skill as a passer, is a winner.

Del Rio wanted Quinn. Leftwich oughta have a HUGE chip this year.

I kinda wonder after this if Del Rio will not be the odd man out. This goes back to one of those what if but what would have happened if the Raiders had taken Johnson at #1. They would have still needed a QB and they could have worked out a deal for Leftwich.

They kind of remind me of Chicago. They dont need a superstar QB to carry the team, just someone who will do the job without screwing up. Their defense and run game can keep them competitive.
