Ultimate Jaguars Newsroom: Broussard making waves on offense
excerpt:
MIAMI - Jaguars receiver John Broussard continues to make the coaching staff's jobs difficult.
In one of the team's most competitive position battles, Broussard will likely earn a spot on the roster. But his performance in the last two outings (including the scrimmage) may even warrant consideration as a regular contributor.
With 2:36 left to play, he hauled in a 31-yard pass from Lester Ricard to put the Jaguars in scoring position. Josh Scobee's 43-yard field goal attempt with 42 seconds left sailed wide right. Broussard finished with three catches for 66 yards.
