Dominated: To get a 100%, all out, pure crushing beat down like the Steelers got at the hands of the Jaguars.
Welcome to Duval. Prepared to be hit.

You think 9 points is that dominating, your acting like it was 52-0, it was a good game by the jags, but come on out offense was complelty out of rhythm and you know it, 2-0 is going to your head, it can end up being really disappointing in the end. That was hardly a crushing beat down, it was more like a hell of a game that was wide open until late in the fourth quarter

Let's see. Taylor had 92 rushing yards compared to 26 for your whole team. Your top receiver was Washington with 3 catches for 32 yards. Reggie Williams had 8 catches for 95 yards. Matt Jones had 6 catches for 73 yards. Then finally we get to Wrightster who had 3 catches for 30 yards. So our 3rd best WR on the night had only 2 yards less then your #1 WR. In fact, our friggen CB Mathis had more yards than your #1 WR with 40 yards off 2 picks. Big Ben was 17/32 for 141 with 2 picks. Lefty was 26/39 for 260. You guys did not have 1 rushing first down. You guys only got into our territory ONCE the whole game. And you only made it to the 46 on that drive. Also, if we were like the Steelers and just ran our mouths and had no class we could of made the score 16-0 since we were on the 2 yard line with a minute left. Yea, let me remind you again.. NOTHING. Zero, zip, nadda, goose egg.
Porter did nothing.
Palamalu did nothing.
Hampton did nothing.
Taylor did nothing.
Big Ben did nothing.
Ward did nothing.
Parker did nothing.
Holmes did nothing.
Face it. You got your arses handed to you. You can mkae your little excuses all day long like Squeeler fans do but it doesn't change the fact that you got a big time all out beat down on national TV.

Ya I agree. But it is hard to win an argument when your team loses like that. If there were some really bad calls against Pitt then you would have an agrument but there wasn't so you really can't win.

i think the jags defense is pretty damn good and it was a dominate game by them because they "shut" out the steelers. the defense did their job. the jags offense did what they had to to win the game and that is all that counts in the end. bottomline is the superbowl champs were exposed in my opinion.

I have faced it and your right, but our d hardly did nothing...they kept us in it. Anyway......i concede, i wasnt trying to win anything, just get out that its not like the steelers are done after 1 loss.

Anyone who thinks the Steelers are done, is being foolish. But it could be a tough year for them. The Steelers are going to be facing everyone`s best effort all year long. If I didn`t know better, I would swear Roethlisberger was on the cover of Madden this year. Talk about a rough couple of months. The thing that impressed me most about this game, was the Jags offensive line. They kept the Steelers off Leftwich and open a few holes for Taylor. To do that against the Steelers defense, is very impressive. It was a great game played by two very good teams.

Thats all i want people to see, regardless of our "lack of any points" it was a close, hard fought game. Even though it was somewhat one sided with the steelers...at least the defense kept giving us opportunities.

I think the problem, K-Train...everyone seems to be making excuses for why the Jags beat the Steelers. I haven`t heard one person (besides the Jags fans), say the Jags are as good as the Steelers.
