i know how you feel i have tried to put some good discussion topics but nobody responds thats why i talk mess people respond really quick , but on the Roaf topic, turley is a stud anybody who can launch a helmet 50 yds down the field and wishing the head was in it, could block for me any day. but lets get real turley is no roaf the offense is going to suffer people forget thelittle things in football like blocking. Trent's jersey is going to be really green this season [rim shot here please]

I'll talk cheifs w/ya. I like Roaf and I am sure he will be missed. I would say he was playing better than most at his position but he was becoming less effective. My fear w/ KC is that Johnson isnt a surprise anymore and people will game plan to stop him. I love the kid and I thought he was the best back in the draft. I think Green is one of the most underrated QBs in the league. They got some great FA defensive help,and Edwards is as good of a replacement as there is. I think they are a legit contender for the SB. This might be the year to draft a quality QB to learn under green.

they had to replace Roaf sooner or later, and i liked it sooner
this way they have his heir in Turley, he'll learn the system, and he'll be a good blocker

Note~Roaf has yet to publicly announce his retirement, until then nothing is definite

I didnt follow his collegiate career so I dont know how good he will be.I mostly follow big ten schools. Thats why I like Johnson so much. Who would he be compared to in style of play Ben,Brady, or Vick?

one thing I noticed about Johnson that worried me last year( I get east coast games mostly but the late games are usually afc west) is that Johnson seemed to run out of gas and need extended plays off to catch his breath. At first I wondered if he had conditioned properly. Did you notice that?
