with Larry Johnson quickly becoming one of the best backs in the league. what should KC do with Holmes. should they keep him as a number two, try and trade him or just cut ties?

As an avid Chiefs fan i thought long and hard about theis and to tell you the truth, I say keep him. With LJ as the one man Priest wont be forced to carrie the ball as much, that should help with injuries. Also the best KC will get for Holmes is a 4th, mabye a 3rd, I'd rather have Holmes proven potential than take a risk on a second day draft pick. He also makes a good back up in case LJ goes down in the middle of next season . And I belive at the end of next season Holmes will announce his retirment.

You think 3rd or 4th is the best they can get for a future HOF? I would say Arizona would pay quite nicely to get him...

1. Holmes is not a future HOF, he's like Terrel Davis, he was the best for 2 or 3 season but didn't have the longevity.

2. Wether Holmes is or isn't a HOF is not the question here. The NFL is a what have you done for me latley league. RB come a dime a dozen and Holmes hasn't produced the 2.5 seasons he's been hurt. Especially at his age he he isn't worth more than a 3 or 4.
