joey would suck in indianapolis. He is awful and that is my opinion. If he plays this year, you will see that his talent is meaningless, he cannot transfer it to the field.

Yeah because Manning always put up 50 TD seasons even when he had nothing around him He got better talent...then got better and better as a QB.
I liken Joey's situation to Jake Plummers...actually that just may be a perfect example.

like plummer, no way, plummer at least could rally the team in the end, even playing in arizona he had a bunch of 4th quarter comebacks, joey is awful in the clutch and showed no signs of bringing anyone back.

I have no biased for Joey, just that I know/believe he has talent and with good coaching and good weapons he can be something. Det. is crap...all of it on the whole team and NO ONE had a chance there in the past 4 years....
|
Keep in mind that he won't have to deal with the dink n dunk west coast offense.
I think Joey will do fine with this coaching staff and the Fins Offense.

i will always think that he is awful, "experts" have been expecting him to break out every year and every year he is awful.

I have watched every game of his pro career, either at the game or on TV.
If you have done the same, you might think differently.

now that is a punishment that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, LOL
I know I never saw him orchestrate a comeback.

What did he have to orchestrate a comeback with?
Stay tuned, cause if Pepper is out, I see a Gentleman's bet coming in November!

whether harrington can do well in miami is anyone's guess, but I do think that a backup role is what suits him best right now. not so much because of a lack of talent, but because he was never ready to be a starter in the first place. the weight of being expected to be a franchise QB right away was too much for him, and it really showed on the field. give him some time as a #2 and he might be a pleasant surprise..... some guys got it right away, some don't. joey might just be a late bloomer, who knows
