what did plummer ever have to orchestrate a comeback, yet he did it plenty and performed well in two minutes and at end of games. Harringtong has never given anyone hope. the only times I have seen him play well in are games when they were already eliminated from the playoffs.

You HAVE to be kidding me, right? You look at the CRAP of 6 years in Arizona and the only thing you can say is 4th quarter comebacks??? In 1999 in 12 games....yes just 12, he had 9 TD's and 24 interceptions! You know what...you're right, they are in no way comparable because at this stage of their careers Joey is better.

Harrington has never given anyone hope? And you call Jakes first 6 years what? There was no hope for him at all, he was completely terrible until what?....Until he had weapons and some coaching. Now I am not saying Joey will end up being Jake, BUT, he could and now that he has weapons and some coaches we can wait and see. But don't say that these 2 guys aren't comparable because of some 2 minutes come backs....

you will not change my mind, your stats aside, I remember watching jake and he always had this aura of confidence or something that made me think he could beat us. I sense none of that with joey, call it what you will, I just don't see anything from harrington that makes me think he will do anything ever.

If any of that "feeling" you had was when he was in Arizona, it must have been soome good stuff You can't run from them #'s...some of the worst in history....and a lot of bad passes

A side note:

Plummer during his 6 year career in Arizona threw 20+ int's 4 times!

you have to remember him playing against the eagles and bringing them back, I hated him for that, I never saw joey do anything like that ever.

In Joey's 4 years, I never seen him even in a situation to do that....you must have seen a lot of Det. games where you lived then
