The Dolphins have offered slightly less than $8 million in guaranteed money on a six-year deal. If they're going to agree to a six-year-deal, Allen's agent, Mitch Frankel, said he would like to see something more in the neighborhood of $9.5 million to $9.8 million.

8 days till the first pre-season game holding out into a season realy hurts a rookies development. Look at bryant mckinnie it set his development back almost 2 years. before he was were he should have been as a rookie.

They are making progress, Allen got his 6-yr deal he wanted, he should just sign now.
