Default Culpepper Agrees With Saban's Decision

Notable Quotes from article.

Quote:
"I have to say 'thank you' to coach Saban,"....."Because in this situation he's really protecting me and doing what's best for the team and that's how we're moving along."
-Culpepper

Quote:
One thing we have to realize is coming back from an injury like this is really an A to Z process......You can't skip any letter in between, no matter how big or how small they are. You have to keep that in mind in this situation, too."
-Culpepper

Quote:
This is strictly something that's being done in the best interest of the player.....Joey's got an opportunity and we're going to support him
-Saban

Quote:
"I was in that situation last year. It's not fun," ...... "And the worst part is everyone's watching you. For as upset as you are, you need to be there for the team and Daunte has done a great job of that. But he's a competitor and he's going to fight for that job and I wouldn't expect anything less of him."
-Harrington

Quote:
"I don't think it's a season-long injury. I don't think it's a season-long deal," ........"I think it's more of 'get a little time, work and bust my butt to get better' and then see. Let us evaluate and see. And from there we move on to the next step and whatever we have to do."
-Culpepper

It is good to see Saban and Culpepper are on the same page.

seriously baskett, you don't need to bait people, add something or don't reply. simple, thanks. that being said, I don't think that it is a season long thing either as harrington is awful and they will be wishing c-pep back in a couple of weeks. I don't buy that c-pep is happy with the situation, it's what you call being PC for the media.

yeah, the guy was acquired to be the #1 QB and now he's not starting. he can't be too thrilled about that, specially when the guy who IS starting is joey harrington.... right now though the dolphins' offense blows with either guy at the helm, so on the flip side c-pep can't really blame saban for trying anything to get the team going

you can't really blame any QB for all the injuries along the o-line.

Our biggest offseason loss. OC Scott Linehan. Mike Mularkey gets alot of the blame as the OC. Daunte is not doing as bad as everyone thinks. He is not 100%. He s not the old daunte and he needs to get back to the old Daunte.
