Starks, who's 6-3, 312 pounds and just 24, had his best season in 2005, when he had 47 tackles and three sacks. He would most likely back up Ferguson. The 6-4, 245-pound Anderson, who had 31 tackles and two sacks last season, also is a solid special teams player, an area the Dolphins were deficient in last season.

Jaguars free-agent receiver Ernest Wilford is meeting with the Dolphins today, but according to a source, he's having difficulty passing the physical. Wilford, 27, had 45 catches for 518 yards and three touchdowns last season.
