what about the oline signings (hutchinson) and tony richardson, the lead blocker extroadinairre that led the way for Priest and LJ, a coach that knows the WCO and has weapons. they will fight with the pack for second.

The reason i think he vikings wont have a winning season is because they dont have a solid RB, QB, WR core or defense... they are playing in a conference where every team is better than them.. Like MadViking said, they dont have any star power and once they lose a little bit they seem like they will just fall apart, I dont think that they have a big enough team leader in the locker room to Motivate them and they are playing with a whole new Head Coach calling the shots.. that is why i believe they will not have a winning season this season and will finish last in their division...

Good post!! THAT is how you talk about some football . I don't agree with everything there though. The Vikings are much improved over the team they had that went 9-7 last year, without any help from Culpepper. I don't personally feel every team is better than them. The Packers' O-Line is unproven, and we're lost without it. The Bears can't seem to perform consistently, and the Lions, even with Harrington gone, are pretty much the same Lions we've seen bringing up the rear for the past five years. This is still a wide open division IMO...

how canu say that every team in that divisionis better than them the packers and lions are wors and the bears are not to much better

the lions have improved but their offensive line still needs some help well see what the rookies can do J.scott and F. mutua

the packers have 5 running backs and 4 of them were injured so how do the vikings have a wors running back core then the packers and plus brett favre threw 29 pics which is not that impressive and without a solid number 1 reciever like last year will be most likely repeat that performance
