During last nights practice, Shockey was going for a pass over the middle, and Demps cleaned his clock.

No. He just laid him out for a few minutes. When practice ended, Shockey was seen walking off by himself, away from the rest of the team, still holding his head. It was reported today, that he suffered a mild concussion. I wouldn`t make fun if it had been a broken jaw. I shouldn`t even make light of a mild concussion, but I cringe every time Shockey opens his rather large mouth. Sorry if I got anyones hopes up...lol.

I read that shockey insulted eli, saying why doesn't he throw in the ball. burress was insulting coughlin. shockey threw his helmet in disgust over eli at the end of practice, not after the demps hit. Demps said that he was going for the ball and if he wanted to hit shockey, he could have. Sounds like good team chemistry, LOL

I heard that Shockey has concussion symptoms.

yeah, I heard that he had a mild concussion. It was just a case of the two going for the same ball, if eli doesn't work on his accuracy then this could be commonplace for the giants recievers.

Remember when Brad Johnson won the Super Bowl. One of the strongest parts of his game was throwing the ball so his recievers wouldn't get smacked. Like he would throw it down and away so the wide out could avoid the hit. and if Eli is having trouble with this in camp his recievers could be in for a long year.
