Let me just summarize this thread before it happens

GB Fans: He's garbage in coverage and provides little run support. you guys paid to much
NYG Fans: He's a good depth signing and constitutes an "upgrade" to our secondary
Basically, all you have to do is look up any RW McQuarters thread from last year...same thing this time around.
[/b]
I know you WERE a bears fan but McQuarters is a lot better than Frank Walker, at least if you compare the two's time here in New York

I found this pretty funny:

Walker met with the New Orleans Saints over the weekend, and worked out for the Packers on Monday. Both sides agreed to the deal while Walker was literally on the plane in Green Bay for Seattle to meet with the Seahawks this morning.

"With seven minutes to takeoff time, we agreed to a contract," Lewis explained. "They had to open up the doors and try to get his luggage, which they couldn’t get, it was shipped off to Seattle. Security came because they didn’t want him to get off the plane and leave luggage on. It was just a frickin’ mess.”

Let me put it this way:

1. He's physically gifted.
2. He's a penalty waiting to happen.
3. He lacks the mental aspect to be a truly stand out CB in the NFL. Poor reads in coverage, which leads to him giving up too many big yard plays.
