Pats got what they had coming to them.

As for disliking the Patriots, there are a lot of people who disliked them even before they won a Super Bowl. Example? Myself. I got pretty sick and tired of the network people slobbering all over Brady and the Patriots when Bledsoe went down.

And for people who started 'disliking' the Patriots this year? How about the unsportsmanlike conduct by Belicheck and Co when it came to running up the score? Or Vince Wilfork poking people in the eye? Sure they set records and such, but where did that leave them at the end of the season? With no Super Bowl.

There the same people who celebrate the 49ers, and Cowboys of old who beat opponents up worse then the Patriots.

Teams don't need to 'win' anything to be disliked.

Well, I kind of wanted Hall but Webster and Ross did play pretty solid but there are options in the draft that we could surely pick up. I'm seing a lot of defense next draft.

The only possible 'offensive' pick I see happening in the early rounds is along the offensive line.

Diehl played fairly well last year, but I still don't think he is talented enough to constantly play LT. Then again, Guy Whimper was supposedly half decent when he played, so one can never know.

For me? I'd prefer to see either a LB/S picked as those are two huge areas of need for the Giants. While Sammy Knight might be a good stop gap for the team, he isn't a long term answer. Johnson/Butler are both unproven so one can only wonder what they'll do there.

As for LB, Pierce isn't getting any younger, Wilkerson, DeOssie are unproven and Kiwi might move back to DE if Strahan retires. What does that leave the Giants at LB?

Take a look at my Mock, I think it adresses the needs we have because he adresses our defensive needs and the slight offensive needs have. I mean our LBing core is pretty slim, but I can see Wilkinson stepping it up and playing solidly at ROLB. I can also see Pierce in our system for a while. If he isn't then Beckwith is coming out of LSU next year and he is so fast and hits as hard as a mofo.
