I think its a very close four-person race:

1. Lebron James
2. Kevin Durant
3. Carmello Anthony
4. Chris Paul

All are the best players on teams with the best records in the NBA, and they are having great years w/out significant injury. James is playing better than last year when he won MVP.

I'm not quite sure how its possible but LeBron seems to be less noticeable this year than he was last year for some reason. But I think Durant is in the driver's seat right now
