Would be a very retarded career move... it would push back his HOF induction and would give even more of a bad taste at the end of his career. It's bad enough that younger fans see Seau now and see an injury-prone, washed up football player and think he sucks. Instead of continuing to give them that idea (like, as a Met fan, John Franco has) he should hang it up and enjoy his millions of dollars.

I imagine San Diego fans are livid over this news. If he was to come out of his so called retirement, why not go back to the Chargers. They're a playoff team and just as good as the Patriots. I don't like the decision, and he should have just retired. Good luck with that cold weather Junior.
