Kicking game is a very delicate balance. He is paid Good money not the best, to do very little work. If he makes it he did a good job. If he misses it bad job. If he wins the game with a field goal he did more than enough to earn his money but if he misses and they loose the game then I don't feel sorry for him. The bad part is the holder is sixty persent of the play and he doesn't get blamed.
