Personally I don't think he should be out of the league because of a combination of performance enhancement drugs and these so called issues of being a dirty player. You have to be retarded to suggest that, he's done nothing illegal or breaks the player policy in any way.
On the other hand the NFL needs to have tougher penalties. This person just cheated is it fair that he only misses four games? Is it fair that players can test positive come back as superstars and win defesive player of the year *cough* Shawne Merriman. The policy is totally bogus

There is too a test for it. It can be found in blood tests just not urine. I never said I was an expert but it's funny how during this investigation they have names on TONS of people...just not Bonds and now they are trying to go after him for tax evasion.
