Seems Goodell has stated that the Patriots will be fined 250K, Bill Belichick 500K, and if the Patriots make the playoffs a 1st round draft pick, if the Patriots don't a 2nd and a 3rd round pick.

Not bad I was expecting worse. If we make the playoffs we'll have a normal draft with hopefully a really high first round pick, otherwise we have two first round picks, and no second and third. It looks better then any playoff teams draft right now.

BB lost some cash, i thought hed lose some games. Luckily the Pats had two 1sts.

Wow, Goodell actually dropped the hammer..I knew he'd punish them, but i didn't think he'd actually do that much. This is good though, because even though the Pats will be ok, they still lose chances at great players.

They have had 2 1's for years now and kept tarding it back to the following year, almost like the knew this was coming..

you know, to me it isn't really a punishment, BB prolly has a incentive in his contract, like if we get caught for cheating contract he gets 500,000, they have an extra first, so they won't miss a beat. A real punishment would be if they made Matt Millen in charge of their next 5 drafts, now that would be severe, LOL

maybe, MAYBE...if BB kills someone...MAYBE.

Prof, that's a little harsh. No one deserves that kind of punishment. It's just... too much. If BB was related to 9/11, maybe, just maybe.
