After the Colts near loss today, this easily makes the Pats the best team in the league. Brady+Moss=Ridiculous.
Ridiculous is an understatement. The fun has yet to begin. I don't think any team will stop that O...
You double Moss, Watson's gets a TD. So you man on Moss again, TD. So you double Moss again, Welker for a first down. This offense will dominate. They dominated one of the best D's out there, with EASE. Brady was pressured more, but still all day to throw.
I don't know. Anybody could have caught a pass/TD against that soft Chargers D. The Pats played two horrible Pass coverage teams the first two games. I don't see that happening against a well coached team like Indy Defense or a well coached and excellent, above excellent Defensive players like the Broncos.
I think it's the (1)Patriots by slight margin over (2)Denver, and then (3)Indy.

Go Broncos!
Judging by what your saying, the Chargers D is only good because they are excellent at defending the running game, right? I guess you could be right there. Hmm. Lets look at the stats. Wait a minute. Thats funny. It looks like the Pats torched the SD D for 140 yards on the ground too. So your just saying the SD defense is a soft defense all around, right?
I still see Indy as #1, because they are the defending SB champs. Doesn't matter how close it is, as us Pats fans know. As long as the Colts continue to win, they are #1 in the rankings. NE is #2. And Denver... Denver... they were seriously lucky to come out with a win on Sunday. Every time that happens with the timeout being called just before the snap, I wonder why the heck the NFL rules committee didn't change any useful rules. Talk about cheating... but as long as coaches like Dungy and Shannahan have their hands in the league's pockets, they'll continue to be able to "legally" cheat. If the refs are unable to stop the play, then the timeout shouldn't count, and the Broncos should have lost. That was pathetic... especially on a 52 yarder. Sure, same thing, a win is a win, but in the rankings, as of now, they don't deserve to be above the Patriots. Heck, I'm not even sure I'd put them above Houston right now! Lol.
