I'm not surprised he hasn't been doing all that much in these first few games. Even if he kept in perfect shape during his holdout, he wasn't practicing with the team. It takes some time to get in-sync with the rest of the team. Also, Hobbs and Gay have been doing great. I can't actually find a website that tells you how much time each players been in the game, but I'm guessing that Samuel has had less time on the field, as a way to ease him into it, since he didn't have pre-season to do that... or maybe its some sort of punishment handed down to him by Belichick, I don't know.
Just because he isn't getting interceptions, doesn't mean hes not doing his job. I haven't heard his name mentioned in any blown plays... that must mean that when hes been out there, hes been good on coverage.
