I'm one of those Patriots fans whose feet are firmly on the ground. I'd love to see them go 19-0 this year, and shove it in the face of the NFL. But thats 10 more wins, and everyone knows how difficult that is to do in the NFL... especially when its clear that they are going to be considered evil to the refs as well as the media. They have a few tough games ahead of them. It wouldn't surprise me if they drop one or two of them. Lets just say I'd rather see them lose one or two of the next 7, than lose any of the 3 after that.

eh if that Steelers game was at Heinz field Id say they have a chance to upset but I really dont see anyone beating them

No one can honestly say that. The Patriots just beat their only competition to take become the best team in football. I don't think their indestructible and they can lose a game and I'm expecting that to come, but on paper no team but the Colts is able to play with the Patriots.

BB doesnt coach that way.the starters might get a quarter off at best if everything is locked up.BB always says players play.BB is also very aware of the leagues history .if he has a chance to make it he will.

As much as I hate to say this, I for one, would like to see the pats go undefeated the whole season and win the whole thing. Only because it has always bugged me to hear how the members of the '72 Dolphins get together and celebrate after the last undefeated team has gone down.

I wonder if they actually do that every year. That would be classless if it was true... but they deny that they do (or ever did) that.

The refs calls is the major reason I think that the Patriots might not go 16-0. The next game I think that might be close enough to be decided by a bad call could be the Steelers.

Oh I'm sure they do that very year!!! I don't know if you saw an interview on ESPN a few days ago. They were interviewing the RB of the '72 Dolphins, Mercury something was his name. And he was talking so much **** about the Pats. I forgot exactly what he said but he said something along the lines that the pats didn't compare to the '72 dolphins and he was also trying very hard to down play what the pats have accomplished this season.

Steelers and Giants..they seem to be the only two teams that have a shot. Steelers moreso than the G-men. I truly believe the Pats are going to run the table.
