Default Can't say this is an unbiased opinion...

But did everyone get a chance to read this Simmon's opinion on all of this? Its an interesting conspiracy theory that most of us Patriots fans seem to be embracing. Glad someone put it out there in writing for the media to read...

Amazing article I was saying on this board right after the game that the refs blew so many calls I thought it was fixed, glad to see some people on ESPN agree.

I think it is funny they have one close game and instead of saying that the Colts played well with some starters missing it the blame it on the Refs bit. The Pats are a very good team and with the way the NFL is now a team could go 19-0. I do not think it is going to be the Pats this year though. The best two team that the Pats played this season while both of them were on the road, Cowboys and Colts, both were missing key plays that could have helped in change the outcome of the game. While there were some maybe bad calls the went against the Pats in the Colts game it was the other way around in the Cowboys game, so the Colts games makes up for the Cowboy game. The Pats are going to have tho play the Steelers and Giants be for the Playoff start and then have to face either the Colts or Steelers maybe even both in the playoffs before they go to the SB. While they soould be able to win the games in their division there is still 3-4 games left that they can loose and I will be will loose at least once. I have a feeling and it could be a little wishfull thinking on may part but I do not think that the Pats will win the SB this year. The reason for this is because I picked them to I said they would play the Eagles and you can see how their season has turned out so far.

I agree 100% with this article. I have never seen a DB get tackled by a WR and the DB get called or P.I... trully unbelievable.

What can we say, we call it how we see it. The difference between the Colts and Cowboys games were that the refs made some bad calls in the Colts game, and they were just about all against the Pats... to the point where it almost looked like they were trying to fix it. The Cowboys got sloppy, and deserved most of the calls they got against them in the 4th.

I don't remember any key players being gone for the Cowboys game... could be my faulty memory, but I don't remember that. In fact, it was the Patriots who were missing Richard Seymour, if I remember correctly. We also lost Morris and Watson in the beginning of the second half in that game... and Maroney was, at the very least not at full strength. Either way, kind of ironic that every team that plays against us with injuries gets to use that excuse, but when we had all kinds of key injuries on our defense over the last 3 years, that was just an excuse for us. When we mentioned them, we were being babies. Injuries happen. No team has shown an ability to overcome injuries the way the Pats have over the last few years. Please don't talk to us about injuries!

Still 10 games to go, a few of them will be tough ones. And the bullseye is on them, which makes each game tough (except possibly the Jets game. Lol)... not to mention that the media has put the evil label on them, and even if the NFL isn't trying to make them lose, I'm sure that subconciously, this is on the refs minds, which means any questionable calls are likely to go against the Patriots. I should mention to my Patriots friends that a team has gone 9-0 in the last 3 of 4 seasons... one of them has won the Superbowl... of course none of them have gone 19-0. Whats important, IMO, is winning the Superbowl. Of course I wouldn't mind seeing them go undefeated to shut those Miami fans up, but there is too long to go to really be talking about it now. One game at a time! Go Pats!!!

It was in the first half Dallas got called of offensive PI call because one of the guys ran into a Pats defender, later when Moss did the same thing they called it on Dallas.

Dallas did not have Jason Ferguson at NG instead they were using a converted DE as a NG. They now have Tank Johnson. Newman was able to start at CB even though he was not 100% and the coachs said he would not have if Anthony Henry was able to play. Henry has played in five games this year and has 5 INTs. Reeves is not bad as a backup CB but not a solid starter. With Henry being out Nate Jones was their nickle back some one so good that when they need a roster spot for 24 hours to get Tank on the team and they on the reserve list he is the guy they waived and guess what no one picked him up. Ellis was able to play they game but he was also not at 100% Spencer was the starter and right now he has started 6 games and played in the other 3 he has 2 sacks. Ellis has started 3 games and only played in 3 others and he has 6.5 sacks. Then there is also Terry Glenn while Crayton has been OK as the #2 WR most people said that last year they Glenn was better then TO. He is also the best deep threat that Dallas has.

I would not mind that either not so much to shut the fans up but to shut the TV guys up and all the former Dolphins players and all the talk about how they break open a bottle after the last team is looses every year.

Don't pull this they weren't playing at 100% bull. No one in the NFL plays at 100%. Everyone is beat up. You're just trying to come up with excuses to bring the Patriots down. What it comes down to is the Patriots won, and they deserved it. They were tons of awful calls called against the Pats.
