I think a lot depends on weather conditions for the last 6 games. If the Greenhouse affect is in season, then maybe the Patriots could break all the records. But if they get a few really frigid days in December in Foxborough, or elsewhere, then they are going to need to win with the running game, and their defense. Then some of the records might not be broken... In that case, I'm thinking Jerry Rice's record could be safe. I'm sure Manning's TD record will be broken (barring injury, of course)... but maybe not by as much as people think. And his QB rating could take a hit in that situation as well.
I think they are going to break the record as far as point spreads go. The record right now is 24 points... When the Bucs first came into the league they were given that many points against the defending SB champs (Steelers). The Steelers won 41-0. If McNabb has to sit out of this game, they could break that record this weekend. If not, likely against the Jets or the Dolphins they will.
