i think al of you talking about the veteren LBs is really dumb....they dont llive by the law of getting old dudes to play LB....they signed seau a week after he "graduated" because bruschi broke his hand...not because of his vetereness lol

Vrabel and bruschi have just grown old there...thats all that is lol

Thats alot of weight for a 32 year old to put on. James had to put on 20 LB's in 2006 to get around 265 to play in Parcells D, and was terrible towards the end of the year. Why even bother on either side. The Pats arent the Redskins, putting a square peg in a round hole

Dallas could easily target McFadden. Jones has already been to a few Arkansas games, and has connections there.

Julius Jones is a free agent. And Barber hasnt ever carried the load by himself. You dont think Jerry sees McFadden as his AP? This offense needs a great back, and thats what McFadden will be.

It's not worth what we have to give up for him IMO. Why continue to have a sub-par secondary when we can finally stabilize it with a couple of good picks?

Besides, you know that if Jerry targets Dmac, he's going to seriously overpay for him.

He will give up 2 1sts and something. But it would be great to have a star RB on our team.

I know..i admit that i would be pretty ecstatic if we got Run Dmc..but if we do that, i'd sure as hell like JJ to make some noise in FA or something to help our defense a little more. Hell, i'd be happy if we even traded up for Dorsey.

What Belichek wants in experience and being extremely football smart. It is very rare that a rookie will be smart enough to play in their linebacker corps.
