no, but they would be reprimanded correctly and be kicked out of school and not get credit for everything they cheated on. I doubt the dean of the school would take the evidence, then destroy it, then say here is a minor fine and continue like nothing happened.

From what I've heard, the NFL outlawed "sideline" taping during games in 2006. I'm sure this was in response to the league-wide usage of this tactic. Why do you suppose that coaches cover their mouths when using their headsets?

I think we all believe that we want to know the truth and that if all the allegations are true something should be done. Yet, this is not the job of congress.

Well the Dean Godell did what he thought was best for the NFL. I don't know his interests or what was on the tapes.

It depends if the Commissoner knew about it when he first penalized the Patriots. If this is new info and true the Patriots will have to be punished. But let us not get ahead this is being made a big deal because this is the Patriots. In that Super Bowl their was a person watching the Patriots practice from a nearby building with a telescope. This was confirmed by both the Patriots and NFL, who it was we don't know. Also that tape had the walkthrough of the Rams red zone plays and if you check the stats the Rams were 1-1 in the Red Zone in that game.
