Who's annoying? Your trying to annoy pats fans on purpose. Annoying because we would have been the only team to go 19-0? We would be happy and cheer? Thats annoying? Please, just stop before you ruin your point further.

Hammer, you have a good point. Especially at this board, because Patriots fans at this board have been relatively low key compared to other boards I've been at. Everyone at this board is complaining about how annoying (and that is the nicest way I've seen it written) Patriots fans are. The worst we were guilty of was getting a little overconfident. Like anyone wouldn't get a little overconfident after their team goes 18-0. Meanwhile the haters on this board are purposely trying to annoy (and that is also the nicest way I can put it). At the very least, if Patriots fans were annoying before the Superbowl on this board, we weren't doing it on purpose. One of those haters has gone as far as to even call us Patriots fans classless... Any openminded football fan would have to agree that the classless thing to do is to annoy others on purpose.

I think a lot of the reason people think Pats fans are annoying is how the team went about things this year. That has been discussed over and over,(running up scores, smug arrogant attitude etc.) and I understand the Pats fans disagree with all of this. I didn't hate the Pats until this year, on the contrary I felt they were a great team with some good fans. Talking to Pats fans this year has been unbearable. I was rooting for the Giants in the SB for Christ's sake! That has never happened. Just so we're clear I'm not posting this to annoy, just putting in my 2 cents.

I understand what your saying, but at the same time, I wasn't cocky about it. Maybe a little over condfident and when someone would say something, I would let them have it, but I never rubbed anyone's nose in it. But I do see what your trying to say. Anywayz, we weren't saying any names (those who did it know who they are) but thats what makes us different from the haters. They may stereotype, but we don't.
