Welker would almost definitely remain in the slot role, he showed he is the best at it. Especially considering how the Pats used the slot guy last year, Welker is the perfect guy for that role.

No way, he is meant to play in the slot. He should've been at the pro bowl for it. He played so amazing you just can't move him. If it ain't broke don't fix it

I agree 100%. He is born to play in the slot, LBs and Safeties can't cover him, he's just to fast and his cuts are lightning quick, he's meant to play in the slot.
