Everyone always talks about how he wants verterns because its so confusing and demanding from the players. This guy better be the next Urlacher, because I'm still mad from last years draft.

Last year's draft was ok, nothing to write home about but still good. This year I got a f*ckin ulcer through round 2. So f*ckin stupid, we kept trading down, and when we had opportunities to take amazing players what do we do? WE F*CKIN TRADE DOWN... WTF?

Well he better be jesus, I thought Rivers was our guy, and to trade down, just to trade down the pick you got just makes me furious.

Last year was good in the off field moves but I don't see Merriweather panning out. I am still so frustrated with this draft. I'm with you he better be Jesus, but I'm predicting at best more of a Thomas or Colvin where they get an amazing linebacker and they get swallowed by the system.

If only Colvin had restructured his deal we ould have just gotten DRC and not be having this conversation. But this draft is going to turn me violent, so many times I have been WTF! And banging my head.

Rivers will never be a 3-4 LB. Never
I thought you guys reached a bit for Mayo, but Rivers would have been an idiotic pick

Well after further review, Mayo was our guy, but still looked like we coulda got more for the 7th pick... another thing, when we drafted the QB, I was furious, I still am actually.

Who gives a sh*t. Lol, no but we coulda had Manningham instead of O'Connel or what ever his name is. Manningham with our last pick in the 3rd then pick some QB in the 4th. And if you give Brady more protection, we won't need to worry about a back-up! lol.

OConnell could be the QB of the future though, do you ever think past 1 season.

Lol why would we need a QB of the future? We have arguablly the best QB in the league, who loves it in NE, not only that but we got Gutierez if anything does happen to Brady, and if worst comes to worst, we can sign a FA QB in training camp. Personally I think Manningham would have been a better pick. He would have given us a #2 receiver to put behind Moss, and infront of Welker. We have Chad Jackson, who has shown potential to be really good, but he has had injuries, and have limited his playing time.
I loved the adressing at LB with Mayo and Crable, Wheatly surprised me, as I thought we could have gotten him in the third, so we could've gotten someone else at that second to last spot in the second.
Our addressing of the need at LB and CB pleased me, but a couple oif moves scrathced left me scratching my head. The fact that we could've gotten a S with our second rounder, and then gotten Wheatly in the third, would have been better. Mannigham would have been an amazing pick with our last pick in the third, seeign as we need a 2nd rounder, Slater in the 5th gave us a return man, so that pick was ok. Bo Ruud or whatever, is another LB, and we can use them right now, so thats good...
Overall I'll give our answer to getting young at LB with drafting 2 amazing LBs and another in the 6th, coupled with getting 2 fast corners, that have good recovery speed, a return man, and a QB pick that left me scratching my head...
I'll give our draft, a B
