I thought we shoulda taken Rivers. who gives a sh*t about the third rounder we got, we shoulda asked for a second rounder, we don't have another selection till the second last pick, by that time most of the guys we need will be gone.

I am so with you Hammer I can understand paying him less, but then trade down again and get into rounds that help the Patriots. Besides Tom Brady no one drafted in the third rounder or later has really come on with them. Second ever since BB has been in NE he has only drafted a linebacker first day ONCE. Everyone always talks about how he wants verterns because its so confusing and demanding from the players. This guy better be the next Urlacher, because I'm still mad from last years draft.

the reason he loved him so much was because of his versatility to play all 3 LB spots, He'll backup at first and play where there is an injury and work his way into the starting role
