i know that today was very discouraging, but the saints played their worst overall game. when i say that, i don't mean statistacly. i mean that they played with no heart and looked like a team that didn't want to play. hopefully, they get it toghether and use this game as a reminder that any team can beat you on any given sunday. they have showed that they can hang with anybody. now let's see what kind of heart they display in the next couple of weeks. nfc south champs. that still feels good.

It wasn't really that discouraging, more just a team exposed what has been the weakness for the entire year, if you can pound the ball on the Saints, and you can get Payton to pass every down, this team is very easily defeatable. Payton quit giving Deuce the ball and the defense wasn't getting worn down by any type of running game, and they were able to contain Brees. If Payton can stay balanced this is a nearly unstoppable offense, but when they get one sided they can be stopped, it's that simple.

i knew it was going to be a tough game when devery dropped that long route. it just didn't seem to be our day. hopefully, the team will wake up and get back to the basics of football (which is why they won the division)
