i just watched the kansas city game and i totally agree that our defense is the worst in the leauge. past our defensive line we have no body. it was a nice season but i guess we should already kiss it goodbye unless our offense can double as defensive players. i guess i am going to be a falcon fan so i can have hope again.

I watched the game as well. Boy beating a team without any starting quality back, in a preseason game, and the starting QB down with injury makes our defense solid as hell...(12)

just goes to show that they aren't that bad. good penentration, good coverage, and great hustle are the keys to a strong defense. other than the steeler's game, i have thought they played pretty solid. the kansas city game was just a complete team effort. also take into consideration that our offense kept our defense fresh.

I like what I saw from the defense in the last few games, but preseason game 4... or 5 in the Saints case is basically a joke. The defense did prove one thing, they suck a little less than last year.
