Man, it's been too long since I've seen some good Barry moments . What an amazing athlete who made everybody in the NFL who tried to tackle him look like they were playing powder puff. Some of those clips showed some of the power that some people don't think he had. He just never had to use it very often but his legs were like tree trunks and of course he stayed pretty much injury free due to the fact that he hardly had anybody take a clean shot at him. I got my season tickets to the Lions in Barry's rookie year and never regretted it

Unfortunately i never got to see Barry Play as i didnt get into the NFL until he had retired.......But that video is just plain sick.... How in the hell did he not break his ankles doing some of them moves?

My favorite quote on trying to tackle Barry....

"You need to pick a spot and dive."


I remember watching him play as a kid. I have never seen anyone before or after him make people miss the way he did. He did all this with little help the the Lions offense much of the time he was there. The OL's were average at best and the QB situation was laughable. Defenses would stack the box just to contain him, most of the the that didn't work.
