you do understand that that would mean the vikings would have to be one of the worst, if not the worst, team in the nfl to make that happen?

True but they don't have to be the worst, they can trade a boatload of draft picks to move up to draft him like the Vikings are known for

The Saints knew from the beginning he would hold out. Hell, they even mentioned it ON THE DRAFT after they made the selection. They said something to the extent of "we're making this pick in hopes he doesn't hold out."
Nothing new, carry on.

Holy ****, imagine that boy in a Bronco uniform
Of course, if we get a top 2 pick(What we'll need to get AP), I'd rather go Calvin Johnson... Calvin Johnson and Javon Walker... How's that for a receiving core?
But still, AP is badass.
As for Bush, I thought he was always a respectable guy, presented himself very well, and mature for his age. But yet, he's acting like a 13 year old. I guess all the highlights of the draft, and all the media coverage hyponotized him.
Why the **** would you want to sit out? You're in the ****in' NFL! Does he realize how many people would kill to play ONE DOWN in the NFL but can't?
**** Reggie Bush

Bush hasn't said anything other than "he wants to be in camp on time".

Mike Ornstein, Bush's marketing agent, said Bush and the Saints "probably" won't agree to terms on a contract until after camp starts. "Do we feel like he'll be there at the start?" Ornstein said in a telephone interview from his California office. "I'm not sure where we are right now. I'd say probably not, at this stage."

Which is realistic and nothing like what the initial post suggests.

Heh. Bush will be signed before the last preseason game is played. There is absolutely no reason to think that Bush will sit out the year or even consider doing so.

Like this is big news.
First off, like TBT said, there is nothing quoted directly from Bush on this subject and there is zero confirmation of him sitting out the season.
Secondly, who gives a **** if he and his agent are trying to work a deal in Bush's favor. He was the best player in college football last year, and Bush and his agent know what his market value is. 95% of professional athletes try to maximize their dollar value, so what's the problem? Especially as hyped as Bush is by experts, analysts, etc. Seriously, who gives a ****?
