Really I think the only reason Donnie is on the Block is because he wants to be paid like an elite LB even though he's in his mid 30s and he's complained for 3 seasons about his current contract even though he's almost making 5 mil a season.

I'd love to keep him on the roster at his current price right now....He's a local boy who's done well for the community, but with the guys we have currently on the roster....Dobbins, Wilhelm, Cooper.....combined with the other factors....

He's trade bait.

Also, Whilhelm is getting and extention soon too so he is going to get starters money soon
