Pierre Thomas was way more impressive than Pittman, and this just shows that Payton has no clue what the hell he is doing... a fourth round pick on a position of zero frickin' need and they cut him...

ya i guess we should hire haslett back. then we might have a winning season. are you kidding me???????????? pittman didn't want it as much as thomas. he thought that he was assured a roster spot by being drafted. payton sent a message to the team with these cuts. perform for the black and gold or perform for somebody else.

Payton has wasted over 1/2 of the draft picks in the last two years, So far in two years he has drafted at best 4 players who will even have an impact. Meachem... WTF, Pittman...WTF, trading out of the second on a team that has numerous holes on the D, then trading up to get Pittman when your team is loaded at RB, then cutting him...
Not to mention completely losing the NFC title game before it even started, yeah that was Payton, no reason to pass every damn play, or not even practice outside when there is a 100% chance of F'in snow.

Giants Uniform, possibly. Once they cut all the damn RB's they have on reserve.

Meachem sucks... he might be the slot receiver, at best. He will most likely be the #4 or 5 and for a first round pick, that is ridiculous.

i doubt it, the offense is very friendly to mediocre WRs, he could end up being great this year. Hes big and fast, i think he'll be fine there. I guarantee if colston didnt get drafted to the saints he would be some scrub no name player on some practice squad. Meachem will probably thrive in that offense, i dont like henderson that much and think meachem will end up being a better player....jmo
