at least the offense has the ability to keep up with them going against an equally pathetic defense

He didn't fit the system and wasn't playing very well for them. I didn't watch any Zona games, but they said he wasn't having a good preseason.

... Looking good on the Jason David pick up and the draft???
Like I said no impact players on defense. If not for a bad ball handling play by Reggie Wayne this would have been a laugher.

i don't blame this loss on the defense. this one is because the offense couldn't get started. three and out time and time again matched with a few turnovers equal a defense staying on the field and getting tired. 10-10 at the half with very little offense from the saints. they just couldn't keep it up all game and who could have? i was impressed with the defense. let the offense show up and the saints will be a strong team. had the saints kept the colts offense off the field and their defense on like they did ours the score could have just as easily been 41-10 in the saints favor.

yeah No, That defense reminded me of the Packers with Carroll back there, David looked like he didn't know what he was doing

And the new homer of the year favorite is shown... didn't stop the run, David looked worse than Fred Thomas ever looked, and Manning never even got touched... very impressive
