He is a receiver, who occasionally runs, as long as they keep using him that way, he will be fine.

He wouldn't be nearly as effective if he lined up at WR all the time.

He would probably be more effective; he has good hands, great speed, and is better in space than in traffic. Plus they could still use him in the screen game, and running game, but he is not a between the tackle runner. He wouldn't be any less effective outside than he is inside.

I don't know, that counter-draw is pretty effective

That's about all he does in the running game. He simply can't do much else. He doesn't have the power yet to consistantly go up the field in the power game, and he hasn't figured out the running game in the NFL yet. I would say if he can figure out between the tackle running, he could be a Brian Westbrook type player, but with better speed, and more size, but until he gets it all together, he is a receiver playing RB.

IMO, they don't give him the chance to be a between the tackles RB. They need to add a variety of draw plays to the playbook and then he will be a more effective runner.
