Got on late but fairly happy.

No Shockey, THANK YOU GOD. Kept Brown(YEAH) and Smith(Not so much yeah), plus they hit Ellis who I wanted and got a corner, not the right one but a corner none-the-less. All we need now is an athletic WLB and some more depth on the lines and I will be good with the way it all turned out. Compared to Payton's normal idiocy, this is great.

I'm hoping we can trade back up into the third for Connor, or that Geno Hayes or Tavares Gooden fall to the fifth. We need an athletic guy at that WLB.

Looks like Geno, Trae Willaims, and Gary Guyton will all be there, so hopefully we can get one. Or Letroy Guion, we still need some depth on the D-line.

Alright now that my draft is over... I'll give this draft a B-.

I like Ellis, don't love the pick since it took a trade and we could have gotten Laws who I liked just as much in the second. And we could have stayed put and got one of the top corners.

Then we get Tracy Porter, good cover corner but not physical.

No third or fourth. Then in the fifth we get Pressley, with another stupid trade up, and Nicks who is the best pick.

Then in the sixth with Erin Henderson and several other good players on the board we take a kicker... not a fan.

No seventh.

Laws also played out of position on a much less talented team. Ellis is going to have at least 7 first rounders from the front seven he was on... think about that, that would make any DT look good.

Laws might have one other guy from that line even drafted, all four of USC linemen will be top prospects... I think they are closer than people think.
