I'm glad we're not getting him. He's a good DE but he wants way too much money and we would have to give up our #22 pick.

From what's being said is that after the arbitrator rules on the Hutchinson situation this will determine if he ends up in Seattle who is offering their #1 for him, but they can't work out a long term deal because of this pending situation with Hutch.

yeah the 15th is a little much, but if they don't give it then what else do they have to offer?

maybe they feel like they are a little cap strapped and it would help to lessen the burden by not having to sign a first round pick.

im not sure although Im also not sure if he is going to be able to be traded at this point either.

when you think about it though they would still have to resign Abe after this season and it could be equal or more to a first round pick.

when a guy openly says that he doesn't want to play for a team, you gotta wonder how much of himself will he give for that team.
