The biggest question during training camp has been quarterback: Who's starting and who's backing up?
But whoever is throwing the ball needs someone to catch it, and it seems the Jets have good depth at wide receiver. Coach Eric Mangini has been happy with what he's seen from his receiving corps so far.
"What I like here is the way that these guys are approaching it competitively," Mangini said.
The Jets will likely open the season with receivers Laveranues Coles, Justin McCareins, Tim Dwight, Jerricho Cotchery and Brad Smith. Mangini said he's been impressed with how the veterans have helped the younger players. Though everyone in the group is fighting for a starting job, they've helped each other in the classroom and during film sessions.
