Eric Mangini refused to say whether the Jets are interested in Pats WR Deion Branch, who has permission to seek a trade. Mangini is familiar with Branch, having spent the last six seasons as a Pats assistant. Considering Branch's asking price (believed to be at least $13 million in guarantees) and what the Patriots would demand in a trade (probably a first-round pick), it's unlikely the Jets will show interest. ...
