COLES DOESN'T CONSIDER HIMSELF ELITE WR
Two of the NFL's best receivers will be on display Sunday at Giants Stadium, where the Jets and Lions will play - Laveranues Coles for the Jets and Roy Williams for the Lions.
But Coles, who's third in the NFL with 38 receptions and second in receiving yards with 537, doesn't consider himself among the league's elite, nor does he consider that of Williams, who's sixth in catches (36) and first in yards (554).
"No, I haven't done enough in this game to even be compared (to them)," Coles said yesterday. "The things those guys have done and the numbers that they've put up are amazing. Like Marvin Harrison what he has done with Peyton Manning over there with the Colts, all you can do is look at it and admire. Those guys are putting themselves, in my book, in the Hall of Fame already and they're still just touching the tip of the iceberg with their potential and the things that they can do in this league.
