While I was watching the Jets game, the onside kick early in the 4th quarter definitely caught me by surprise. A lot of people seemed to have a problem with it, including at first, myself. I thought Mangini had simply thrown the game away. But I read an article that actually explained the percentages behind the call. It honestly made me change my mind, I know that it didnt work this time around but I don't think it was a terrible call. I mean, had it worked, I would have been ecstatic. Here's the article link:
